Chip 2 Score by Rounsavell has committed itself to providing a short-game practice device that
has been developed exclusively for practicing chip shots off of a carpeted surface, using a
seven (7) iron, where the user is setting up thirty-six (36) to forty-two (42) inches from the target
and striking the regulation golf ball with just enough force to propel the golf ball approximately
fifty-five (55) feet, where the ball would travel nine (9) to ten (10) feet in the air and run the
remaining forty-five (45) feet on a level green.
THE PURCHASE PRICE, excluding shipping and handling, will be refunded if using the chipping
practice device under the conditions listed below does not reduce the original purchaser's PGA
Handicap by 15%, within one (1) year of use. The Chip2Score Chipping Device is GUARANTEED
under the following conditions:
1. The original purchaser shall keep a monthly calendar and enter the number of chip shots
hit at the target on the date the activity took place and forward a copy of that calendar along
with a copy of both sides of his or her PGA Handicap Card on a monthly basis for each and every
month of the trial period, and
2. The Calendar will show and the original purchaser shall attest that he or she did hit at least
100 chip shots during every week of the twelve (12) month period, and
3. The original purchaser shall play at least twenty (20) eighteen-hole rounds of golf during the
twelve (12) month period and the scores for each of those rounds of golf shall be entered for
handicapping purpose on the subject's PGA Handicap Card , and
4. The original purchaser shall write a letter requesting the full refund as stated above along
with a copy of the calendar pages for each month and the copies of the PGA Handicap Cards for
the twelve (12) month period in question, and
5. The Chip2Score Chipping device must be returned to Chip2Score by Rounsavell upon
receiving a required RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and the address where the device is to
be returned. Upon receipt, your refund check will be mailed to the original purchaser at the
address designated. All of the return shipping charges must be prepaid (we will not accept
returns shipped to us C.O.D.) This refund is exclusive of any freight or postage charges.
Freight and postage charges are the responsibility of the consumer unless an item has been
shipped in error. All returned merchandise must be pre-approved and RETURN AUTHORIZATION
